How to Import Dump Database or SQL Database via phpMyadmin

Before adding your Dumb Database or SQL Database to MySQL Database via phpMyadmin, Make sure you have created SQL Database and User Database in your cPanel. Visit this link to learn how to create a SQL Database and read this article to add a database user to a SQL database. If you have finished doing this, just continue with the steps below.

  1. Login to cPanel. - If you are a MikyHost.com customer, to log in to cPanel, you can go through the Client Area. In the Client Area, select Service > My services, then select the service product that you have purchased. Then scroll down, in the shortcut section, you can choose one of the cPanel menus. To go to the front page of cPanel, you can select the Home icon or the homepage.
  2. Select phpMyadmin.
  3. Click your database, click the Import menu, select the SQL database you want to import, then click go. View image.
  4. If successful, then your dumb database/SQL database will look like this.
