How to change PHP version in cPanel

The PHP version does not match the script of a website causing an error in your browser. Maybe this is caused by an incorrect PHP version. Then you have to change it to a PHP version that matches your web script. the following way:

  1. Login to your cPanel.
  2. Choose Select PHP Version
  3. Click the current version of PHP that you are using, then select the PHP version you need.
  4. Click Set as current
