Sometimes when we are busy replying to emails, but we can't do these activities because the email quota is full for each user, this of course can interfere with your activities in sending and receiving emails. Therefore the best solution is to increase your email quota.
The following are the steps for Adding and Reducing Email Account Quota:
- Log in to your Cpanel account then the Email section, then click Email Account
- And please click Quota, and an image will appear as shown below:
- Then enter how much capacity (MB) of quota you want, a minimum of 1MB and a maximum of unlimited.
- If you have entered how many quota numbers you want, then click the button that says quota.
