How to install Email Filter in cPanel

The Email Filter feature functions to filter emails sent to our email addresses. The method:

  1. On the Email Filters page click on the Manage Filters button.
  2. Click on the Create a New Filter button.
  3. Then it will be on the page to create an Email Filter. There are several fields that you must fill, namely:

    Filter name = the name of the email filter that we want to create.
    Rules = rules or requirements that you can choose, can be based on delivery, subject, destination, and so on. You can also add new rules by clicking the plus (+) button and delete rules with the minus (-) button.
    Action = action performed on the filtered / filtered email.
    Discard Message : discard message
    Redirect email: forward messages to the specified email address
    Deliver to Folder : put it in the specified DLL folder
  4. Then click Create button.
  5. There will be a notification that the email filter has been created successfully.
  6. If you return to the email filter page, you can see the email filter you have created. You can make changes, delete, and test the filter.
