The Email Filter feature functions to filter emails sent to our email addresses. The method:
- On the Email Filters page click on the Manage Filters button.
- Click on the Create a New Filter button.
- Then it will be on the page to create an Email Filter. There are several fields that you must fill, namely:
Filter name = the name of the email filter that we want to create.
Rules = rules or requirements that you can choose, can be based on delivery, subject, destination, and so on. You can also add new rules by clicking the plus (+) button and delete rules with the minus (-) button.
Action = action performed on the filtered / filtered email.
Discard Message : discard message
Redirect email: forward messages to the specified email address
Deliver to Folder : put it in the specified DLL folder - Then click Create button.
- There will be a notification that the email filter has been created successfully.
- If you return to the email filter page, you can see the email filter you have created. You can make changes, delete, and test the filter.
