The following are the steps in creating an email database using notepad to generate a CSV format file:
- The thing you should pay attention to is the format of writing:
[email protected], password, quota - For example, you want to create 3 email accounts, namely:
- [email protected] with password 1234 and quota 200MB
- [email protected] with password acb123 and qouta 100MB
- [email protected] with password 123abc and quota 250MB
- If you have clicked the File menu -> Save to save the file. In the pop-up window that appears, the file name is akunemail.csv (or any other name you want, as long as it has a .csv extension) and in the Save As Type section select All Files
- Please specify the location where your file is saved, so that the current acunemail.csv file can be imported into cPanel later.
