If you are the person who manages the CPanel account, usually email deletion is done for email accounts that are no longer used, therefore deletion is done to save the existing email quota.
The following is how to delete an email account in cpanel:
- Log in to your cPanel account, and look at the email section and click Email Account after logging in you will find a section like the image below, then click Delete as shown below.
- After clicking Delete, a section as shown in the image below will appear, if it appears, please click the Delete button.
